Basic Indian Sign Language (ISL) Course is designed in collaboration with ISLRTC aligned with the vision of RPwD Act 2016 & NEP 2020 to develop participants’ foundational and practical communication skills in ISL. The course follows a progressive approach, beginning with basic communication and gradually moving towards sustaining conversations, sharing information, and understanding the cultural and linguistic dimensions of the Deaf community while fostering an understanding of Deaf culture and the concept of Deaf Gain
