This course equips primary and upper primary Mathematics teachers with the Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) approach to teaching mathematical concepts, grounded in Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle and aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023. Through five units, teachers will learn to design lessons that move learners from hands-on manipulation of concrete objects, through pictorial representation, to abstract symbolic understanding. The course includes activity demonstrations, sample worksheets, lesson planning templates, and formative assessment strategies drawn from classroom-tested practice across J&K's DIET network.
